Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts A person who commits
an offence against this Act is liable to the penalty expressly mentioned as
the punishment for the offence, and, where a penalty is not expressly
mentioned, is liable —
(a)
where the offence is not a continuing offence to a fine not exceeding $200;
and
(b)
where the offence is a continuing offence, to a fine not exceeding $200 and an
additional fine not exceeding $25 for each day in which the offence continues
after service on the offender of written notice of the offence.
