Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister may
enter into and give effect to agreements with the owner, lessee or licensee of
any area of land (including land from time to time or at all times covered by
water) for the control or management of that land under the provisions of this
Act.
(2) No agreement under
this section shall be entered into unless the owner, and any person occupying
the land with the consent of the owner, has given approval in writing to the
agreement.
