Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts The Minister may take
and enforce covenants as to the conservation of the land and waters to which
this Act applies to the same extent as if the Minister were possessed of
adjacent land for the benefit of which the covenant is to have effect.
