Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts This Act shall be
construed so as not to exceed the legislative power of the State the intention
being that, if any provision of this Act would, but for this section, be
construed as being in excess of that power, it shall, to the extent to which
it is not in excess of that power, be a valid enactment.
