WILDLIFE CONSERVATION ACT 1950 - SECT 23DA

23DA .         Transitional

                A licence issued under section 23C or section 23D prior to the commencement of the Wildlife Conservation Amendment Act 1980  ¹ shall expire in accordance with its terms and if no period of validity or date of expiry is stated in the licence shall expire 12 months after the date of commencement of the Wildlife Conservation Amendment Act 1980  ¹ .
