WILDLIFE CONSERVATION ACT 1950 - SECT 23A

23A .         Property in protected flora on Crown land

        (1)         The property in protected flora on Crown land, until lawfully taken, is, by virtue of this Act, vested in the Crown.

        (2)         The provisions of subsection (1) do not entitle any person to compensation.
