WILDLIFE CONSERVATION ACT 1950 - SECT 22

22 .         Property in fauna

        (1)         The property in fauna, until lawfully taken is, by virtue of this Act, vested in the Crown.

        (2)         The provisions of the last preceding subsection do not entitle any person to compensation.
