Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts The rating record for
any rateable land shall at all reasonable times be made available for
inspection by any ratepayer without payment, and a water board shall, on
request by any person who satisfies the water board that he has a material
interest in any portion of the records, furnish a copy of that portion of the
records to that person.
