Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Any person who
fraudulently takes, or procures to be taken, any water belonging to the water
board from a reservoir main or pipe belonging to the water board, or from any
pipe leading to or from any such reservoir main or pipe, is guilty of a crime.
Penalty: $2 000 or imprisonment for a term of
2 years, or both.
