Western Australian Consolidated Acts If any person supplied
with water by the water board causes or suffers any pipe, receptacle, fitting,
or other apparatus used in connection with water supplied to him by the water
board to be out of repair without repairing it within a reasonable time, or to
be so used or contrived that the water supplied to him by the water board is,
or is likely to be wasted, misused, unduly consumed, or contaminated, or so as
to allow the return of foul air or any noisome or impure matter into a pipe
belonging to the water board, or connected with any such pipe, he shall
forfeit and pay to the water board a sum not exceeding $1 000.
