Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Any person authorised
by the water board may at all reasonable times enter upon any land to which
water is or is intended to be supplied under this Act, and may place and fix
thereon and attach thereto, wherever the water board thinks proper, such
fittings as the water board may think expedient, and may there do all other
acts and execute all other works which the water board may think fit.
Any person so
authorised may at all reasonable times enter upon such lands and examine,
remove, repair, alter, or replace all or any of such fittings.
