Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts The owner or occupier
of land rated under this Act shall, as far as practicable, and subject to the
provisions of this Act, be supplied by the water board with the quantity of
water, if any, to which he is entitled in respect of the rates; and, on
payment of the prescribed charge, with such further quantity as he may take by
measure.
