Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Any local
government, corporation, or person interested may object in writing to the
construction of the whole or any part of the proposed works.
(2) Every such
objection shall be lodged with the water board within one month from the date
of the last publication of the advertisement hereinbefore prescribed.
(3) The water board is
to consider any objections made under subsection (1) and then prepare a
report on the proposal.
