Western Australian Consolidated Acts For preventing the
pollution of water within a water reserve or catchment area, the Minister
shall, within such reserve or area, have all the power and authority of a
local government under the Health Act 1911 , including the power to make
and enforce local laws under an Act relating to public health. All the
provisions of the Health Act 1911 , and of all Acts amending the same or
incorporated therewith, shall apply to such water reserve and catchment area
as if the same were a local government district.
