Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts A water board may
authorise the chairman or other officer to do any of the acts, matters, and
things which the water board is hereby empowered or required to do; and the
chairman or other officer so authorised shall have and exercise all powers
hereby conferred on the water board; and all acts, matters, and things, when
done under such authority, shall be as valid and effectual as if they had been
done by the water board.
