Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The terms and
conditions of service of, and the remuneration and allowances to be paid to, a
member, shall be determined by the Minister after consultation with the
Minister for Public Sector Management.
(2) Acceptance of, or
acting in, the office of a member shall not of itself render the provisions of
Part 3 of the Public Sector Management Act 1994 or any other Act applying
to persons as officers of the Public Service or employees of a State
instrumentality applicable to that member or affect or prejudice the
application to him of those provisions if they applied to him at the time of
the acceptance of, or acting in, that office.
