32 . References to Department of Tourism in other laws
(1) A reference in any
Act or regulation to the Department shall, unless the context otherwise
requires, be read and construed as a reference to the Commission.
(2) A reference in any
Act or regulation to the Director of Tourism or the Permanent Head of the
Department shall, unless the context otherwise requires, be read and construed
as a reference to the chairman.

112(1), a reference to the Public Service Act 1978 is to be read as a
reference to the Public Sector Management Act 1994 .

4 The Superannuation and Family Benefits Act 1938
was repealed by the State Superannuation Act 2000 s. 39, but its provisions
continue to apply to and in relation to certain schemes because of the
State Superannuation (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Act 2000
s. 26.
