Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts In this Act, unless
the contrary intention appears —
Board means the Board of Commissioners of the
Commission;
chairman means the person appointed under
section 5(1) to be the chairman of the Board;
chief executive officer means the person appointed
as chief executive officer under section 17;
Commission means the Western Australian Tourism
Commission established under section 4;
Commission Account means the Western Australian
Tourism Commission Account established by section 24;
Department means the Department of Tourism
continued under the Public Sector Management Act 1994 ;
local government means a local government or a
regional local government;
member means member of the Board.
