Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Any person or
local government upon whom or which notice has been served pursuant to
section 93 may, in writing, object to or comment upon the carrying out,
construction or provision of the proposed works.
(2) Every such
objection or comment shall be lodged with the Minister or the Corporation by
the date specified in the notice.
(3) Where the Minister
or the Corporation so determines, and whether or not by reason of objections
or comments received, the Minister or the Corporation may amend the proposal
by making alterations to the plans or description so deposited, whether to
meet objections or comments or otherwise, but shall advise the persons who
are, in the opinion of the Minister or the Corporation, likely to be adversely
affected by such alterations.
