                Water Supply, Sewerage, and Drainage Amendment and Validation Act 1981 .

                Country Areas Water Supply Act 1947 .

                Country Towns Sewerage Act 1948 .

                Land Drainage Act 1925  ³ .

                Water Boards Act 1904 , as read with the Water Boards Act Amendment Act 1928 .
