Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Where a person is
liable, pursuant to an agreement with the owner of any land, for payment of
the whole or a portion of the charges that are payable in respect of that
land, he shall be entitled, upon written request, to be informed by the
Corporation of the total of such charges payable in respect of the land
together with any apportionment made by the Corporation of such charges.
