WATER AGENCIES (POWERS) ACT 1984 - SECT 41J

41J .         Accounts based on estimated quantities

                An account submitted on the basis of an estimate as provided for under section 41(1)(l) shall be clearly marked as such and the Corporation shall, upon request, give details of how the estimate was made.
