Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) This section
applies if —
(a) a
will has been made on behalf of a person under this Part; and
(b) the
person acquires or regains testamentary capacity.
(2) The
will —
(a) may
be altered by the person in accordance with section 10 or by a document
that has effect under Part X;
(b) may
be revoked in whole or in part by the person in accordance with
section 15 or by a document that has effect under Part X; and
(c) is
subject to revocation under section 14(1) or 14A(2),
as if it were a will
executed in accordance with section 8.
