2 The Acts Amendment (Equality of Status) Act 2003
s. 211(2) reads as follows:
(2) The repeal effected by subsection (1) applies to and in respect
of the will of any person dying on or after the date of the commencement of this
section, whether the will was made or executed before, on or after that date but
does not apply to the will of a person who died before that date.
3 Part IX of the Wills Act 1970 is affected by the
Administration Act 1903 s. 47A.
