Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Governor may
appoint a person to be the deputy of a member during the pleasure of the
Governor.
(2) A person so
appointed shall have the same qualifications as are required in the case of
the member for whom he is deputy and in the event of the absence from a
meeting of the Board of that member he is entitled to attend that meeting and,
when so attending, shall be deemed to be a member.
