Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) For the purposes
of this Act there shall be a Board by the name of the Veterinary
Surgeons’ Board.
(2) The
Board —
(a)
shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal; and
(b)
shall be capable in its corporate name of acquiring, holding and disposing of
real and personal property and of suing and being sued.
(3) All courts, judges
and persons acting judicially shall take judicial notice of the common seal of
the Board affixed to a document and shall presume that it was duly affixed.
