Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts A person who does not
do a thing which by or under this Act that person is required or directed to
do, and a person who does or attempts to do a thing which by or under this Act
that person is prohibited from doing, commits an offence against the
provisions of this Act.
