Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Nothing in this Act
extends to or applies to or in any manner affects the rights and privileges
of —
(a) any
registered pharmaceutical chemist in supplying drugs, medicines, medical and
surgical appliances used for any animals in the ordinary course of his
business as such;
(b) the
owner of any wholesale druggist or retail business supplying drugs, medicines,
medical and surgical appliances, and vaccines for the treatment of any
animals.
