Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) In a prosecution
or in other legal proceedings instituted by or under the direction of the
Board, under the provisions of this Act, until proof is given to the contrary,
proof is not required of —
(a) the
constitution of the Board;
(b) an
order of the Board to prosecute;
(c) any
authorisation by which the Board authorises a person to commence a prosecution
for an offence against this Act; or
(d) the
appointment of the chairman of, or of any other member or of the Registrar to
the Board.
(2) In any proceedings
by or on behalf of the Board —
(a) the
Registrar; or
(b) any
member or employee of the Board appointed for the purpose generally or in a
particular case in writing by the chairman of the Board,
may represent the
Board in all respects as if he were the party concerned.
