Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts The legal personal
representative of a person who, at the time of his death, was carrying on the
business and practice of a registered veterinary surgeon may, after having
received the Board’s written consent, continue to carry on that business
and practice for a period of 12 months or for such further period as the
Board may allow, subject to the express condition that the business and
practice are carried on by and under the immediate and personal supervision
and management of a registered veterinary surgeon.
