Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Board or the
Registrar shall pay into the funds of the Board all moneys received by the
Board, or the Registrar, under this Act.
(2) The Board shall
pay or cause to be paid out of its funds the remuneration and travelling
expenses of the members and the salary and expenses of the Registrar,
inspectors and other officers appointed by the Board under this Act, and all
other costs and expenses of and incidental to the administration of this Act.
(3) Where at any time
the funds of the Board are insufficient for the proper administration of this
Act, the Board may borrow moneys from the Treasurer on such terms and
conditions as the Treasurer approves, including such conditions as to
repayment and payment of interest as the Treasurer imposes.
(4) Any surplus funds
of the Board which are not required for the purposes of subsection (2) or
(3) may be expended by the Board for the purposes of the advancement of
veterinary science in such manner as it may determine.
