Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) To assist it in
determining an appeal commenced under section 58G, the Board must
establish an independent review panel comprised of as many persons with
expertise in the area of the subject matter of the appeal as it considers
appropriate.
(2) The review panel
must consider the decision appealed against and submit to the Board, within
the time the Board allows, a written recommendation on the issues raised by
the appeal.
