Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) An account called
the (name of college) Account is to be established for each college —
(a) as
an agency special purpose account under the Financial Management Act 2006
section 16; or
(b) with
the approval of the Treasurer, at a bank as defined in section 3 of that
Act.
(2) Any funds of a
college referred to in section 48 must be credited to the college’s
account.
(3) Any funds of a
college applied under section 49 must be debited to the college’s
account.
