Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Council may
appoint committees to assist it to perform its functions, and may abolish or
alter any committee it has appointed.
(2) A committee may
include people who are not members of the Council but must include at least
one member of the Council.
(3) A committee may
determine its own procedures but they must be consistent with any directions
of the Council and the terms of any delegation under which the committee is
acting.
