Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Board may
appoint committees to assist it to perform its functions, and may abolish or
alter any committee it has appointed.
(2) A committee may
include people who are not members of the Board but must include at least one
member of the Board.
(3) The Board may by
resolution delegate to a committee, either generally or as otherwise provided
in the resolution, any of the Board’s functions under this Act other
than this power of delegation.
(4) A committee may
determine its own procedures but they must be consistent with any directions
of the Board and the terms of any delegation under which the committee is
acting.
