Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Board may do
all things necessary or convenient to be done for or in connection with the
performance of its functions.
(2) For the purposes
of section 21(1)(b) the Board may issue guidelines to industry training
advisory bodies in relation to —
(a) the
criteria to be met for an industry training advisory body to be recognised by
the Board; and
(b) the
matters in relation to which the advice of a recognised industry training
advisory body may be sought or given.
