TELECOMMUNICATIONS (INTERCEPTION) WESTERN AUSTRALIA ACT 1996 - SECT 18

18 .         Delegation by principal inspector

                The principal inspector may delegate to another inspecting officer any of the principal inspector’s functions under this Act, other than — 

            (a)         this power of delegation; and

            (b)         a power to report to the responsible Minister.
