Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts If, as a result of an
inspection under this Part of an eligible authority’s records, the
principal inspector is of the opinion that an officer of the authority has
contravened —
(a) a
provision of the Commonwealth Act; or
(b) a
requirement referred to in section 6(1)(a) or (b),
the principal
inspector may include in the report on the inspection a report on the
contravention.
