TOBACCO PRODUCTS CONTROL ACT 2006 - SECT 116

116 .         Continuing offences, penalties for

                For each separate and further offence committed by a person under the Interpretation Act 1984 section 71 the penalty is —

            (a)         for an individual, a fine of $10 000;

            (b)         for a body corporate, a fine of $40 000.
