Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Governor may
designate a person to be the Registrar of Titles under this Act.
(2) A person cannot be
the Registrar of Titles unless the person is a member of the Authority’s
staff.
(3) When the
Land Information Authority Act 2006 section 106 comes into
operation 1 the person who, immediately before then, is the Registrar of
Titles becomes the Registrar of Titles as if designated under
subsection (1).
