Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Director
General may, for the purposes of assisting in carrying out the provisions of
this Act —
(a) with
the consent of a public authority, use the services of a person employed by
the public authority; or
(b) with
the consent of the officer’s employing authority, use the services of an
officer of the Public Service.
(2) In
subsection (1) —
employing authority has the same meaning as it has
in the Public Sector Management Act 1994 ;
public authority means any State instrumentality
or agency or any public statutory body, whether incorporated or not,
established by or under a law of the State.
(3) This section does
not prevent the operation of section 66 or 100, or any other provision,
of the Public Sector Management Act 1994 .
