Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts A person who discloses
any information or opinion that has been furnished to or obtained by a
Transport Strategy Committee in confidence commits an offence unless the
disclosure is made —
(a) with
the consent of the person providing the information or expressing the opinion;
or
(b) in
connection with the administration of this Act and with the prior permission
of the Director General.
Penalty: $200.
