TRANSPORT CO-ORDINATION ACT 1966 - SECT 51

51 .         Proof on averment

                In any prosecution for an offence under this Act, an averment in the charge that — 

            (a)         a person is, or was, the owner of a public vehicle; or

            (b)         a public vehicle is or was unlicensed,

                is deemed to be proved, in absence of proof to the contrary.
