TRANSPORT CO-ORDINATION ACT 1966 - SECT 32

32 .         Omnibuses to be registered as motor vehicles

                A licence shall not be granted for an omnibus under this Part unless the vehicle is licensed in accordance with the Road Traffic Act 1974 .
