Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts It is an implied
condition of every licence for an omnibus granted by the Minister
that —
(a) the
vehicle be maintained in a fit and serviceable condition;
(b) the
provisions of any Act or regulation applicable to the vehicle and its
operation be complied with;
(c) the
requirements of the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Act 1943 ,
relating to insurance be complied with in relation to the vehicle;
(d) the
provisions and the requirements of any relevant industrial award or agreement
applying to persons engaged in the operation of the vehicle be complied with;
and
(e) a
direction of the Minister regulating the use of places for the picking up and
setting down of passengers be complied with.
