Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister may
on payment of the prescribed fee by the person who has become the owner of the
vehicle, grant a transfer of a licence of a public vehicle, and that person
shall, thereupon, become the licensee.
(2) An application for
transfer may be refused for any reason for which an application for a licence
by the same person for the same, or any, public vehicle might have been
refused.
