Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Notwithstanding
the provisions of any other Act, but subject to the provisions of any notice
published pursuant to subsection (2), this Part applies to and in
relation to every vehicle that is operated by any person (including vehicles
operated by the Crown, or by an agency of the Crown, in right of the State).
(2) The Minister may
by order published in the Government Gazette grant exemptions from the
provisions of this Part.
(3) An order made
under subsection (2) may be amended or revoked by the Minister by an
order published in the Government Gazette .
(4)
Section 43(7), (8) and (9) of the Interpretation Act 1984 applies to
an order made under this section as though the order were subsidiary
legislation.
