Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts The Minister shall
cause a report to be made by the Director General on the construction or
closure of any railway and shall cause the report to be laid before each House
of Parliament before the second reading in that House of any Bill for the
construction or closure of the railway.
