Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister may
give directions in writing to the Director General with respect to the
performance of his or her functions, either generally or in relation to a
particular matter, and the Director General shall give effect to any such
direction.
(2) The text of any
direction given under subsection (1) shall be included in the annual
report submitted by the Director General under Part 5 of the
Financial Management Act 2006 .
