Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister shall
carry out a review of the operations of this Act as soon as practicable after
every fifth anniversary of the commencement of this Act and in the course of
such review the Minister shall consider and have regard to —
(a) the
attainment of the objects of this Act;
(b) the
administration of this Act;
(c) the
effectiveness of the operation of the department in relation to this Act;
(d) the
effectiveness of the operation of, and the need for the continuation of, the
Board; and
(e) such
other matters as appear to him or her to be relevant.
(2) The Minister shall
prepare a report based on his or her review of this Act and shall, as soon as
practicable after its preparation, cause the report to be laid before each
House of Parliament.
